“This specific client was a new one for us and being a high growth start-up, their talent acquisition process can have a few gaps. However, we were able to work closely with the client and candidate to ensure any confusion or gaps were filled and everyone was happy. At first, the candidate applied for a manager's role, however, the client changed the offer to a Senior Executive role. After some negotiation due to the role change, the pay and any discrepancies were solved. Both the client and candidate were happy and looked forward to working with each other.
