Placement of the week: Regional Sales Manager

Rebecca MacMillan and Laura Jones from First Point Group's Toronto and Dallas offices respectively, partnered with their client, a multinational telecommunications testing company to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to help manage the US portion of a global account.

We worked with a brand-new hiring manager based in the UK that needed to hire someone in the US. After many calls with candidates, we had a struggle finding someone with the specific selling experience that the client was requesting. Laura Jones commented: "Finding a solid Sales Manager with the required experience in selling was difficult." 

During our search for more candidates, we were referred a candidate that had what the client were looking for.
