Rebecca MacMillan and Laura Jones from First Point Group's Toronto and Dallas offices respectively, partnered with their client, a multinational telecommunications testing company to recruit a Customer Success Manager to help expand and improve the clients customer retention.
Before we began recruiting for this role, it had been open since August of 2021 with several telecoms recruitment agencies unable to successfully find a suitable candidate. The main challenge when recruiting for this role is that Seattle can be a challenging market to recruit into. Rebecca MacMillan commented: "There was an added time pressure that the clients really wanted the role to be filled by 1st June".
Once we were given the brief, we knew the types of candidates that would be a perfect fit for this client.
