First Point Group is recruiting for an OPEX Invoice & PO Support Analyst / Finance Controller / Finance Analyst on behalf of a leading telecommunication company. The successful candidate must have strong analytical and reconciliation skills, experience managing supplier relationships, and ideally have previous experience working for telecom companies.

You scope of this role is to support our client's OPEX Project Team. Your objective will be to assist them in clearing invoice backlogs of disputed invoices and purchase orders (POs from their colocation service providers.
Key Responsibilities & Decision-Making Scope
- Assist in developing and updating supplier tracking tools to highlight and monitor key areas of concern.
- Participate in supplier meetings and collaborate with both vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct data reconciliation between internal records and supplier POs/payments to identify inconsistencies.
- Where applicable, assist in the creation or cancellation of purchase orders.
- Carry out any additional tasks necessary to help resolve outstanding invoice or PO queries.
