Since 2013, I have been recruiting in the telecoms sector specialising in placing contractors and permanent telecom professionals within the UK and European market.
I pride myself on fully understanding my clients’ and candidates’ requirements, qualifying their experience and motivations so that my clients only receive profiles of the candidates that are fully qualified against what they are looking for. With over 10 years of telecom recruitment experience, my clients can rely on me to deliver them candidates within talent shortage areas and with the relevant experience they need to deliver their projects for their customers.
Being an Account Manager is fast-paced and challenging, but I am a problem-solver and I enjoy helping my clients overcome their hiring struggles and giving candidates a career that they can thrive in.

The current market demand is for professionals with experience working with the latest technology such as 5G, Open-RAN, Cloud/Virtualized technology and Network Engineering (Cisco, Juniper etc.). I have made multiple permanent successful placements within this space and delivered multiple contractors who have their contracts extended.
Outside of Recruiting Telecoms Talent...
I have spent several years following my team across Europe which has taken me to some amazing places like Moscow, Belgrade, Kyiv and Rome. After a few years of pain, I was rewarded with seeing us lift the Champions League trophy in Madrid.
When I’m not at my desk, I am chasing Rambo (mine and the office’s dog) across the office because he’s stolen the Financial Director’s sandwich.
