Team Lead - Agency Operations (Live streaming)
Package: AED 580,000 per Annum

Summary:
This role is responsible for building and fostering long-term partnerships with Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) and agencies in the live streaming industry. You will be instrumental in growing partner businesses by providing strategic guidance, training, and support, ultimately contributing to a diverse and thriving live streaming ecosystem.
Responsiblities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships: Forge and cultivate lasting partnerships with MCNs and agencies, acting as a trusted advisor and resource.
• Drive partner growth: Provide strategic business solutions, training, and guidance to empower agencies and MCNs to achieve their business goals.
• Onboarding and recruitment: Facilitate the onboarding process for new MCNs, agencies, and organizations, identifying and recruiting talented live streamers to contribute to the platform.
• Operational support and motivation: Allocate resources strategically and motivate partners to deliver a high volume of quality live streamers across diverse content categories.
• Policy development: Participate in drafting and revising agency management policies, providing insightful recommendations and informed perspectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above (preferred)
• Exceptional fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong persuasion and logical thinking abilities. Prior work and living experience in Arabic and English-speaking countries is a plus.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in live streaming, video-sharing, social media, or gaming platforms.
• Prior experience working with MCNs, agencies, influencers, celebrities, or live streaming platforms is highly regarded.
• A keen understanding of emerging technology and its impact on the business landscape.
• Proven analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Result-oriented with a strong capacity to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
