Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities :
Develop Europe overseas market customers and increase product sales scope;
1. Pre-sales: As a customer window, responsible for obtaining new project information and analyzing business value;
2. In-sales: Promote solutions, R&D, procurement, and other departments to work closely together until the project is fixed;
3. After-sales: As a window for major customers, responsible for business results (orders, inventory, price maintenance, etc.);
4. Maintain customer relationships for a long time, develop new business opportunities, and obtain industry trends.
Qualification:
1. Familiar with the business negotiation strategy of the automotive industry, and can independently lead the promotion of quotations, contracts, and other matters;
2. Possess a high degree of execution, actively embrace the change, be able to withstand work pressure, and have project management experience as a plus;
3. Have a certain strategic thinking, and can formulate a feasible sales plan in combination with the company's policies;
4. English and French can be used as a working language;
5. Have team management experience: Familiar with APQP, IATF16949, and have a simple understanding of the development methods of automotive software and hardware
