Retail Manager – Consumer Electronics | Dubai, UAE



Are you a dynamic retail leader with a passion for driving sales and building strong retail partnerships? We’re hiring a Retail Manager to lead the sell-out strategy for a global consumer electronics brand across shopping malls, supermarkets, and department stores in the UAE.

Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute retail strategies to boost product visibility and sales across diverse retail channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to ensure optimal brand representation.

  • Plan and lead in-store promotions, product demos, and marketing campaigns to drive footfall and conversions.

  • Ensure high-impact merchandising and brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.

  • Train and support retail staff and promoters to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with partners to ensure stock availability and minimize stockouts.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.

  • Prepare and present performance reports and insights to senior leadership.

  • Oversee the performance of promoters and retail sales teams, ensuring alignment with KPIs and brand standards.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless retail execution.



Requirements:




  • 10+ years of retail management experience in consumer electronics.

  • Strong team development and management experience

  • Proven experience managing different types of sales channels including Key Dealer Retail (KDR), Organized Retail (OR), and Independent Retailers (IRs).

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management tools.

  • Willingness to travel regularly across Middle East region.
