Seeking Native Chinese & Vietnamese Relationship Managers – Forex & CFD Sales

What You'll Do:
- Onboard and nurture new clients using a value-based relationship approach.
- Exceed personal and team KPIs through proactive client engagement.
- Provide personalized support via voice and social media channels.
- Stay informed on global economic indicators, central bank decisions, and geopolitical events affecting forex markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues promptly.
What We're Looking For:
- Native Chinese & Vietnamese speakers with fluency in English; proficiency in Malaysian or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales within a CFD brokerage, focusing on the Southeast Asian market essentially
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of forex trading and macroeconomic trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage and retain a diverse client portfolio.
- Familiarity with financial regulations pertinent to forex trading in the region.
