About the Role:
In this role, you'll be the champion for our products, ensuring their stability and growth. You'll develop and execute strategic plans to solidify our Client's market position, collaborating closely with sales to bring new products to market. You'll identify and cultivate strong relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring win-win partnerships that fuel our success.

Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, aligning their objectives with ours. Act as a business intelligence source for vendors, negotiate mutually beneficial deals, and establish a seamless return process that protects both parties.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales team to close deals on specific products and customers. Participate in vendor events to showcase offerings and secure competitive rates with strong margins. Stay updated on competitor landscape and develop strategies to gain market share.
- Inventory Optimization: Plan inventory and sales to ensure stock availability for the sales team. Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid cash flow blockage and make timely decisions regarding slow-moving inventory.
- Product Mix Management: Balance product margins and customer demand by maintaining the right product mix.
- Customer Advocacy: Regularly meet customers to understand market trends. Support key accounts with events, sales strategies, and finding solutions to challenges like slow-moving stock.
- Business Development: Identify, engage, and onboard new vendors and product lines. Expand into new markets with existing vendors and stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
- Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to all statutory and vendor requirements.
- Problem Solver: Manage escalations and address business issues effectively.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably with display units with Huawei / Hikvsion / Barcuda & Samsung
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within the KSA market
- Proven track record of building strong relationships across different sectors in the Kingdom
- Willingness to travel within KSA (as needed)
- Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Arabic fluency is a plus, but not mandatory
- Must have a valid Transferable Iqama
