FPG is delighted to have partnered with a rapidly growing Software Development Company, supporting their hiring efforts by hunting for a proactive and technically skilled Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to support our Client's sales efforts across the full pre-sales lifecycle—from initial discovery to post-sale handover. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) and prospective clients to define needs, develop tailored solutions, and support seamless transitions to implementation.



Responsibilities:




  • Lead initial client discussions to understand business goals and pain points

  • Deliver tailored technical presentations and product demonstrations

  • Assess and qualify client needs and identify feasible solutions

  • Gather and document detailed technical and functional requirements

  • Analyze RFPs to evaluate dependencies, feasibility, and associated risks

  • Plan and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) or Pilot implementations

  • Recommend appropriate technologies based on client context

  • Design and present customized solution architectures

  • Collaborate on the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

  • Draft comprehensive technical and commercial proposals

  • Prepare integration specs, project timelines, and responsibility matrices

  • Identify key assumptions, prerequisites, and potential delivery risks

  • Coordinate and lead internal/client reviews of proposed solutions

  • Refine solution designs based on stakeholder feedback

  • Support post-sale project kick-offs and smooth handover to delivery teams

  • Assist with BRD clarifications and address change request concerns



Requirements:




  • 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales

  • Understands the different Location Based Technologies for example Ultra-Wideband (UWB), Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Wi-Fi, LoRaWAN, RFID, and GPS

  • Familiarity with IoT, SaaS platforms, or asset management systems is a plus

  • Proficiency in handling RFPs, BRDs, and technical/commercial documentation

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software architecture and systems integration

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid UAE driving license

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
