We’re seeking a Junior Automation Engineer with a strong interest in Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team remotely from LATAM. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the design and development of AI-powered automation workflows.
- Assist with prompt engineering and basic interactions with LLM APIs.
- Support integration of GenAI capabilities into existing automation platforms.
- Prepare, clean, and manage datasets for AI processes.
- Test, debug, and document automation scripts and flows.
- Monitor and optimize AI workflows for performance and accuracy.
- Work closely with senior engineers to understand technical requirements and designs.
- Learn and apply best practices in prompt creation, API usage, and workflow optimization.
- Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and automation trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
- Awareness of Generative AI tools and foundational concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
