  • This role is perfect for someone passionate about scaling teams in high-bar environments and creating impact from the ground up.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Talent Architect: Design end-to-end talent strategies (hiring, development, performance) to fuel rapid growth.

  • Innovative Recruiter: Mastermind creative sourcing tactics to attract top-tier, passive talent in competitive markets.

  • Culture Champion: Foster an empowering workplace that blends high performance with collaboration and inclusivity.

  • HR Builder: Lead HR infrastructure setup (policies, processes, systems) to support scaling (0-1 experience is a huge plus!).

  • Trusted Advisor: Partner with leadership to solve org challenges and boost team effectiveness.



Requirements:




  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written/spoken).

  • 5+ years in high-bar hiring environments (tech/startup experience preferred).

  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates

  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective work relationships.

  • AI industry working background is a bonus.

  • Excel at building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Love building from scratch.
