Job Description
• Drive the alignment of the company's technology vision and strategy with overarching business objectives.
• Ensure company technology standards, policies, and practices comply with regulatory and ethical requirements in the European market.
• Lead projects with European customers to drive innovation by delivering impactful solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry collaborators, partners, and clients identifying new market opportunities.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence by coordinating with engineering, R&D, and product teams.
• Support presales activities by ensuring solutions meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to customers and partners.
• Stay abreast of industry technology trends foreseeing future needs and challenges.
Key Requirements
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; higher education preferred.
• Extensive expertise in network technologies, protocols, architectures, and standards including but not limited to 5G, RAN, IoT, IP, 3GPP, ORAN etc.
• Proven track record in a similar senior technology leadership role or as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) within the telecom industry
• Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry landscape, including its challenges and opportunities specifically within the European market.
• A driven, hardworking individual with a transformative leadership style, capable of inspiring, motivating, and mentoring team members effectively.
