What They’re Looking For
? 3+ years of experience in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
? Strong skills in concept development, visual storytelling, and layout design.
? Experience in marketing and brand communication (a plus!).
? Ability to illustrate and create animations (motion design experience is a bonus).
