Our client, a data center company is looking to hire a BIM Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Perform clash detection, drawing production and assist in coordination meetings
- Assisting in troubleshooting and providing technical support related to BIM software
- Support and maintain BIM projects per the Corporate Standards and Project BIM Executive Plan
- Update and Maintain Corporate BIM standards, Content library (families) and templates
- Assistant to development of BIM workflow
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Building Service Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ related experience and /training (MEP Preferred) for BIM modeling or coordination
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Experience of BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
