Telecom Security Advisor
A leading global technology organization is seeking an experienced Telecom Cybersecurity Advisor to support customers across telecommunications and enterprise environments.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations identify cybersecurity risks, security gaps, privacy concerns, and business continuity challenges while shaping security solutions and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments and security gap analyses
- Advise customers on security architecture, risk management, privacy, and compliance
- Support pre-sales and account teams in customer engagements
- Lead security-focused workshops and technical discussions
- Develop security solution strategies aligned with customer requirements
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including technology and security leadership teams
- Support proposal development, customer presentations, and solution positioning
- Collaborate with internal technical, sales, and delivery teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience within cybersecurity
- Strong customer-facing consulting or advisory experience
- Experience in security architecture, security consulting, or cybersecurity strategy
- Understanding of risk management, governance, and security frameworks
- Knowledge of telecom, network, cloud, or enterprise security environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and business audiences
