Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end pre-sales engagement from customer needs analysis to solution design, demo, and proposal delivery.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and drive project conversion
- Design integrated solutions across AI, Digital Twin, Cloud, IoT, and Smart City domains.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and demos to government and enterprise clients.
- Develop commercial proposals, pricing models, and bidding documentation.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to build competitive and scalable solutions.
- Support bidding, negotiation, and contract closure processes.
- Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapests
Requirement
- Strong experience in solution selling / pre-sales / solution management.
- Proven track record in large-scale projects (≥3M USD), ideally in government or enterprise sectors.
- Solid knowledge of AI / Digital Twin / Cloud / IoT / Smart City solutions
- Ability to independently handle solution design, client engagement, and technical presentations
- Familiarity with bidding/tendering processes and complex deal cycles
- Strong business acumen and customer-facing capability
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, able to work in cross-cultural environment
Nice to have
- Background from leading tech players (e.g. ICT vendors, cloud providers, or smart city solution companies)
- Experience as a project decision influencer or owner in >3M USD
