Senior Sales Manager – UPS Lithium Battery Solutions (North America)



 Location: United States (Remote / Flexible with travel)



 





 



About the Role



We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead market expansion for our UPS lithium battery solutions across North America. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong industry connections in the data center and mission-critical power space, who thrives on building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.



 





 



Key Responsibilities



Market Expansion & Business Development

Drive the growth of UPS lithium battery solutions across the North American market by identifying new opportunities, penetrating key accounts, and increasing market share.



Strategic Customer Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including data center operators and infrastructure partners. Conduct regular client visits, support site evaluations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.



Account Management & After-Sales Support

Act as a trusted partner to customers by providing ongoing support, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring seamless delivery and post-sales service.



Market Intelligence & Sales Strategy

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams including R&D, procurement, and production.



 





 



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, English, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of sales experience in UPS systems, lithium battery solutions, or related power infrastructure industries.

  • Proven track record of working with data center clients and established industry network.

  • Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Willingness to travel across North America as needed.
