Senior MEP BIM Modeller
Location: Qatar
A fast-growing international engineering and construction specialist is seeking a skilled MEP BIM Modeller with strong experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to support the delivery of complex building and data centre projects.
You will play a key role in developing BIM models across Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing disciplines, ensuring design accuracy, clash-free coordination, and successful project execution

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Produce construction drawings, layouts, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Perform multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, architects, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Support design reviews, constructability assessments, and project coordination meetings.
- Update models throughout the project lifecycle, including design revisions and as-built information.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years' experience as a BIM Modeller within MEP environments.
- Previous experience working on Data Centres, Mission Critical Facilities, Hyperscale Infrastructures
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, and construction documentation.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project deliverables within fast-paced environments.
