Hiring: Project Sales Manager – Data Center Cooling | Thailand
I'm partnering with a leading global engineering and infrastructure solutions manufacturer looking to appoint a commercially driven Project Sales Manager to develop and expand its presence within Thailand's growing Data Center Cooling market.
This is a key growth role focused on driving project sales, developing new business and building relationships with data center developers, consultants, EPCs, contractors and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project sales and business development activities across the Data Center Cooling segment in Thailand
- Identify, develop and convert new project opportunities from early-stage engagement through to project delivery
- Build strong relationships with consultants, EPCs, contractors, developers and end users
- Manage the full project sales cycle, including inquiry, specification, proposal development, commercial negotiation, execution and delivery
- Promote technical piping and cooling solutions tailored to the requirements of data center projects
- Achieve sales and margin targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and project profitability
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming data center developments across Thailand
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or business development within a relevant technical industry
- Strong project sales experience across Data Center Cooling, HVAC, chilled water systems, mission-critical infrastructure, industrial cooling or piping systems
- Experience managing the full project sales cycle, from early-stage engagement and specification through to proposals, negotiation and project delivery
- Strong relationships with consultants, EPCs, contractors, developers and end users
- Technical understanding of cooling infrastructure, piping systems or liquid cooling applications
- A proven sales hunter with a track record of developing new business and achieving commercial targets
