Head of Sales (APAC )



Location: Singapore



A high-growth global fintech platform is seeking a Head of Sales to drive strategic expansion across key markets in APAC region. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on building partnerships, accelerating revenue growth, and expanding market presence across telecom and financial services ecosystems.



You will play a critical role in developing B2B and B2B2X partnerships with major industry players and scaling commercial performance across multiple regions.



Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with:

    • Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) & MVNOs

    • Banks, Financial Institutions & Microfinance Providers

    • Mobile Money & Digital Wallet Operators



  • Identify and close new business opportunities, partnerships, and market entry strategies

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and commercial negotiations

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions

  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements

  • Lead and mentor the sales function, building a high-performance, target-driven culture

  • Drive pipeline development and forecasting, ensuring strong conversion rates and deal velocity

  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to refine go-to-market strategy

  • Own key client proposals, RFPs, and commercial documentation, including business cases and presentations

Requirements:




  • 12+ years experience in enterprise sales / business development in fintech, telco, or digital financial services

  • Demonstrated experience selling into MNOs, MVNOs, banks, or digital wallet providers

  • Strong network and ability to engage C-level stakeholders across telecom and financial ecosystems

  • Demonstrated experience of developing and managing high-performing sales teams

  • Experience driving regional growth strategies and expanding into emerging markets

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability

  • Exceptional negotiation, partnership-building, and stakeholder management skills
