  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in project delivery, construction, or infrastructure development, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale or mission-critical projects.

  • Extensive experience in the development and delivery of hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise-grade data centre projects, with a proven track record of managing multi-billion-dollar capital expenditure programs.

  • Deep understanding of data centre architecture and mission-critical systems, including electrical power architectures, mechanical cooling methodologies, network infrastructure, and integrated security technologies.

  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in contract management, procurement structuring, and complex vendor negotiations.

  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage multiple data centre projects simultaneously within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making capabilities.
