What You'll Do
As our Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the regional marketing agenda and play a key role in accelerating business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and execute the AME marketing roadmap aligned with global priorities while tailoring strategies to local market dynamics and growth opportunities.
Campaign Excellence:
Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns—both digital and traditional—that create meaningful engagement across key data center segments such as hyperscalers and colocation providers.
High-Impact Events & Brand Presence:
Plan and execute compelling marketing activations at major industry events, ensuring strong brand visibility and high-quality lead generation.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
Design and deliver targeted, high-touch campaigns in collaboration with sales teams to engage key decision-makers at strategic customer accounts and partners.
Content & Localization:
Oversee the development of marketing assets and sales enablement materials, adapting global messaging into locally relevant, culturally aligned campaigns.
Performance & Analytics:
Track key marketing metrics and campaign performance, using insights to optimize strategies, improve ROI, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Stakeholder & Agency Management:
Act as the primary marketing partner for regional leadership while managing agency relationships to ensure high-quality execution.
Thought Leadership:
Collaborate cross-functionally to curate technical insights and translate them into compelling narratives that strengthen market positioning.
Internal Communications:
Support leadership in crafting clear communication strategies to align teams around business vision, priorities, and market success.
Market Intelligence:
Stay on top of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to continuously refine marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a passion for innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience
- At least 3 years in relevant industries such as data centers, cloud, telecommunications, or technology
