Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Europe

Type: Remote

Position Overview

We are looking for a Europe-focused Marketing professional to drive brand relevance, market engagement, and commercial enablement across the region for a Robotics client. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with a strong emphasis on adapting global narratives for local impact.

What You'll Get:

  • Clear career growth.

  • Involvement in global explosure with advanced automation and robotics technology.

  • Flexible and international working environment.

What You'll Do

Brand & Content

  • Translate global campaign frameworks into locally resonant executions that speak directly to European logistics and automation decision-makers.

  • Own our regional content engine—craft LinkedIn posts, in-depth case studies, and white papers that reflect European industry nuances and client realities.

Events & Field Marketing

  • Spearhead our presence at major European industry gatherings including LogiMAT, SITL, and IntraLogisteX—from conceptual planning and vendor orchestration to on-the-ground execution and lead follow-through.

Sales Support

  • Equip the regional sales team with battle-ready collateral: localize pitch decks, product literature, and value-capture tools (e.g., ROI models) that directly address European 3PL and e-commerce pain points.

Intelligence & PR

  • Track and analyze competitor movements and relay timely intelligence to headquarters on local pricing, regulatory changes, and emerging trends.

  • Forge and sustain media relationships to generate editorial coverage and secure executive speaking slots at industry forums

What We're Looking For

Background

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or an engineering-related field.

  • 2–5 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience—ideally within intralogistics, robotics, or SaaS.

Languages

  • Fluent in English at a native level.

  • Working proficiency in German or French is a distinct advantage, given our growth trajectory in these markets.

Skill Set

  • A natural storyteller who can translate technical product capabilities into compelling business narratives.

  • Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) and visual content tools (Canva or Adobe).

  • A seasoned project coordinator who can juggle multiple vendor relationships across time zones without missing a beat.

Mindset & Fit

  • Culturally agile—able to navigate the dynamics between European client expectations and a Chinese headquarters with tact and clarity.

  • High EQ and strong interpersonal skills to build trust across diverse stakeholders.
