Key Account Manager – Telecom BSS & Customer Experience Solutions
Location: Kuwait
We are partnering with a leading global ICT and telecommunications technology company to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager to support a strategic telecom customer in Kuwait.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong background in telecom software solutions, customer relationship management, and account growth within the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with a key telecom operator account.
- Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for the customer.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth across telecom software and digital transformation solutions.
- Collaborate with presales, solution, delivery, and technical teams to develop customer-focused proposals.
- Lead commercial discussions, account planning, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to support business growth.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of BSS (Business Support Systems), OSS/BSS, Customer Experience Management (CEM), CRM, Billing, Digital Transformation, or Telecom IT solutions.
- Experience working with telecom operators, global ICT vendors, or system integrators.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic customer relationships and achieve commercial targets.
- Fluent English is required. Arabic is an advantage.
