Regional Key Account Manager (Datacenter Infrastructure)

What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships across a diverse customer ecosystem—from C-suite leaders to engineering and operations teams
- Engage early in datacenter planning cycles to influence design decisions before formal procurement begins
- Develop and execute multi-year, multi-country account strategies aligned to customer growth plans
- Partner closely with regional sales teams to convert strategic opportunities into wins at a local level
- Collaborate with engineering teams to co-create tailored cooling solutions that meet performance, sustainability, and cost targets
- Act as the internal champion for your accounts—aligning cross-functional teams (R&D, operations, marketing) to deliver outstanding outcomes
- Lead high-value commercial negotiations, including multi-million-dollar agreements and long-term partnerships
- Drive disciplined pipeline management and forecasting, providing clear visibility to senior leadership
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline; MBA is an advantage
- 8–10+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience within datacenter infrastructure, cooling, power, or EPC sectors
- Proven success managing large, complex accounts across APAC and the Middle East
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of closing high-value, multi-year deals
- Solid understanding of datacenter trends, including energy efficiency metrics (e.g., PUE/WUE) and emerging technologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
