We're looking for a Junior RF Automation Engineer to join our team and help drive the automation of RF performance, reporting, and optimization processes across 4G and 5G networks.

You will work closely with RF engineers, optimization teams, and business stakeholders to transform technical requirements into automated workflows, dashboards, APIs, databases, and reporting solutions.

What You'll Do
- Support RF performance and optimization activities for 4G/5G networks
- Analyze network counters, KPIs, alarms, traffic, availability, accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput, and quality metrics
- Build automation solutions for recurring RF and performance management activities
- Develop Python and SQL-based solutions for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting
- Maintain and troubleshoot SQL Server databases and structured datasets
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Excel
- Automate recurring reports, KPI packs, and PowerPoint presentations
- Develop and maintain internal tools and APIs using FastAPI, Flask, and REST technologies
- Support front-end development activities using React when required
- Create and manage scheduled automation workflows using Windows Task Scheduler, Power Automate, and batch scripts
- Support SSIS packages and automation solutions developed in Visual Studio
- Work within VMware-based environments where applicable
- Leverage AI-assisted tools and concepts such as RAG, TF-IDF, Cursor, and AI-powered development workflows
- Document automation processes, dashboards, scripts, databases, and APIs

Required Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of RF engineering and RF optimization
- Understanding of telecom KPIs, counters, performance monitoring, and network optimization concepts
- Experience with SQL Server, SQL queries, database maintenance, and data validation
- Python programming for automation and data processing
- Power BI dashboard development and DAX
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting automation
- Experience creating technical reports and presentation packs
- Basic knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with React or modern front-end technologies
- Working knowledge of Power Automate
- Experience with Windows Task Scheduler and batch scripting
- Exposure to Visual Studio and SSIS
- Basic understanding of VMware environments
- Familiarity with YAML configuration files
- Interest in AI-assisted development and automation tools
- 1-4 years of experience in RF Engineering, Telecom Performance, Network Optimization, Automation, Data Engineering, Dashboard Development, or a related technical field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with telecom OSS or performance management platforms
- Exposure to 4G/5G RAN optimization workflows
- Knowledge of ETL pipelines, Git, Linux, cloud platforms, or containerization
- Experience developing internal automation portals or dashboards
