The Role:





An Intermediate Project Manager manages moderately complex projects, coordinating teams, managing timelines, budgets, and scope, while ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.



 



Responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, often involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Cyber, Infrastructure/Operations, Operational Technology, and Information Platforms and Services.



 



 



Skills & Experience




  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and templates, including project planning, schedule development, scope management, and cost management.

  • Strong team collaboration skills across matrixed client, supplier, and geographically dispersed virtual teams.

  • Experience applying IT methodologies, processes, and standards for project management.

  • CAPM, PMP, or equivalent project management certification required.

  • Proficiency in MS Project and/or similar scheduling tools preferred.

  • Experience delivering projects involving external suppliers and offshore resources.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leadership.

  • 2–3 years of experience in project governance and working within a PMO environment.

  • Experience participating in or driving change management initiatives as part of project delivery.

  • Experience communicating with senior stakeholders through steering committees, status reporting, and regular project meetings.



 



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage project initiation by developing project charters, securing approvals, and identifying and engaging stakeholders.

  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes within PMO toolsets and project repositories.

  • Identify, manage, and communicate project risks, issues, and changes that may impact delivery.

  • Manage project team members by delegating tasks and setting performance expectations.

  • Monitor resource allocation, timelines, and key project metrics to ensure milestones are achieved.

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

  • Monitor and control project scope and work inputs to ensure projects remain on track and within agreed parameters.

  • Ensure projects and activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with established methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Plan and manage stakeholders, scope, activities, conflict resolution, and project approaches across a highly matrixed global organization through direct engagement, status reporting, and escalation management where necessary.

  • Report on project progress, manage variances, and obtain required approvals.

  • Follow change management methodologies by participating in, facilitating, and driving change deliverables, while managing feedback from senior leadership to support successful adoption and project outcomes.
