Our client, a global data centre developer, is looking for a head of engineering and construction in Brazil.
You will be in charge of hyperscaler data centre projects.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management of the project, including full-lifecycle management of project schedule, quality, safety, and cost.
Develop a solid project plan to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage construction quality and safety for the project, ensuring both meet the required standards.
Effectively control project costs and be responsible for reviewing and issuing project change visas;
Responsible for organizing the review of project drawings, as well as technical tasks such as MEP coordination deepening and technical disclosures.
Collaborate with the Procurement Center to improve tender documentation, bid evaluation, and supplier assessment processes.
Upon completion of project construction, handover to operations and maintenance shall be conducted, encompassing both the transfer of the project itself and the transfer of relevant documentation.
Responsible for completing the project's acceptance procedures, including final acceptance and other corresponding government approval formalities. Job Requirements:

Possesses extensive construction management experience in multiple large-scale data centers (exceeding 2,000 cabinets), with full-process involvement in project development.
Possesses strong management and coordination skills, as well as robust stress tolerance.
Possesses strong communication skills and is able to interact effectively with colleagues across various departments.
Able to maintain harmonious relationships with colleagues and possesses strong team spirit.
Demonstrates enthusiasm for work, plans tasks systematically, and proactively takes initiative.
