Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Figma (design & prototyping)
Backend: Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs, Python (nice to have)
Database: MongoDB
Cloud & DevOps: Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
Design & Methodology: UI/UX best practices, accessibility, responsive design, Agile / Kanban, System architecture & mentoring
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and development of CMS and Personalization Services
Build and maintain image/video personalization pipelines
Architect and implement chatbot UIs and microservices
Ensure consistent, high-quality design and performance across platforms
Mentor developers and contribute to architectural decisions
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in Full Stack Development (Java + React)
Proven ability to blend engineering with design thinking
Experience with cloud-native applications (preferably Azure)
