We're Hiring | Finance Manager | UAE
We're supporting a well-established financial institution in the UAE with the appointment of a Finance Manager.
This is a key role within the Finance function, with responsibility across financial reporting, controls, governance and regulatory requirements, while working closely with senior leadership and leading a Finance team.
The Opportunity:
You'll have responsibility across:
- Financial reporting and month-end / year-end close
- IFRS and accounting policy
- Financial controls and governance
- Regulatory and statutory reporting
- Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Balance sheet oversight and reconciliations
- Audit and regulatory requirements
- Finance systems, processes and continuous improvement
- Leading and developing the Finance team
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a qualified Finance professional with a recognised accounting qualification and relevant experience within a regulated financial services environment.
- CA / ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant banking / financial services experience
- Strong IFRS and financial reporting knowledge
- Experience across financial controls and regulatory reporting
- Previous experience managing or leading a Finance team
- UAE / GCC experience would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
