Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site technical lead for customer engagements and deployments
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions across APIs, backend, data pipelines, and frontend
- Deploy and configure systems across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
- Build PoCs, pilot projects, and customized integrations based on client needs
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack
- Deliver technical workshops, demos, and training sessions
- Translate real-world customer challenges into product feedback and engineering requirements
- Collaborate closely with global engineering teams to drive successful delivery
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on coding ability (full-stack or backend preferred)
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and distributed systems
- Proven ability to work directly with customers in technical environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (must-have)
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed
