Key Responsibilities




  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes

  • Resolve client issues effectively and escalate complex cases when needed

  • Support onboarding activities, including account opening and updates

  • Handle complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve processes

Requirements




  • Fluency in English and Indonesian Bahasa

  • Previous customer service experience (multichannel support preferred)

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights and weekends)

  • Strong attention to detail and professional phone etiquette



Nice to Have




  • Experience in financial services or brokerage environments

  • Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader)
