We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and reliability of device provisioning and management platforms supporting broadband, voice, video, Wi-Fi, and business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and optimize CPE provisioning, activation, and device management platforms
- Troubleshoot complex provisioning workflows involving DHCP, DNS, TFTP, TR-069, USP/TR-369, SNMP, RADIUS/AAA, and APIs
- Manage device lifecycles for DOCSIS modems, ONTs, gateways, Wi-Fi routers, eMTAs/ATAs, and business CPE
- Drive automation, observability, monitoring, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives
- Improve platform availability, scalability, operational efficiency, and incident response
- Collaborate with OSS/BSS, network, operations, and vendor teams to deliver reliable services
Qualification
- Strong experience with broadband provisioning and device management platforms
- Expertise in DOCSIS, GPON/XGS-PON, FTTH, Managed Wi-Fi, or VoIP technologies
- Experience with Linux, scripting (Python/Bash), APIs, SQL, and automation tools
- Knowledge of monitoring platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
