We’re looking for a skilled engineer to optimize and troubleshoot PS Core networks and VoLTE/IMS services in an Ericsson environment, ensuring top network performance and user experience.

Bilingual: English & Spanish mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize PS Core nodes (MME, SGW, PGW, SGSN, GGSN)
- Monitor KPIs and resolve performance issues
- Optimize VoLTE/IMS (CSSR, CDR, MOS, SIP troubleshooting)
- Analyze signaling flows and network traces
- Handle incidents, RCA, and collaborate with NOC/vendors
- Support upgrades, rollouts, and performance reporting
Requirements
- Strong LTE/EPC & IMS knowledge
- Experience with VoLTE call flows & KPIs
- Ericsson tools (ENM, OSS-RC)
- Protocols: SIP, Diameter, GTP
- Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
