Senior Product Designer | Conversational AI, Chatbots & Voice Experiences
Are you passionate about shaping the future of human-centered AI experiences? We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to help define and design next-generation conversational experiences across chat, voice, and AI-powered customer interactions.
You'll lead the design of customer-facing and agent-facing conversational products, including Generative AI chat experiences, chatbots, and Voice User Interfaces (VUI). This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how customers, sales agents, and internal teams interact with intelligent digital experiences across both residential and business channels.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery workshops and design-thinking sessions to uncover opportunities, gather stakeholder input, and align teams around shared goals
- Partner with Product Design leadership to define design strategy, principles, and future-state experiences
- Collaborate closely with UX Researchers to understand customer and employee needs, validate concepts, and continuously improve solutions through user insights
- Design intuitive conversational journeys, chatbot flows, voice interactions, prompts, and responses that deliver meaningful user experiences
- Work alongside Design Systems and Brand teams to create scalable components, maintain design consistency, and establish a cohesive conversational voice
- Help shape requirements, participate in agile ceremonies, and contribute to feature planning from concept through delivery
- Advocate for user-centered design, data-driven decision-making, and design excellence across the organization
- Create scalable information architectures and workflow frameworks that simplify complex customer and agent interactions
- Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of Product Design experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years designing within Figma and/or Sketch using component-based design systems
- 3+ years creating chatbot, conversational AI, and Voice UI experiences
- Experience designing multimodal interactions across web, mobile, and voice platforms
- Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, typography, color, and iconography
- Exceptional writing and content design skills, including conversational copy and microcopy
- Experience working within Agile environments and managing work through Jira
- Voiceflow, Google Dialogflow, or similar conversational design platforms are a plus
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work and conversational experiences
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to estimate, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
