Title: Channel Sales Manager



Location: Tokyp, Japan 





Job Responsibilities:




  1. Develop and execute overall marketing strategies for sales channels (such as wholesale retailers, enterprise clients, etc.) in alignment with the company's business growth;

  2. Plan and implement promotional initiatives across various channels (including in-store promotions, advertising campaigns, co-branded activities, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and drive sales conversion;

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (such as distributors and retailers) to strengthen channel engagement and loyalty;

  4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve channel sales targets and KPIs;

  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and provide effective marketing strategies;

  6. Continuously optimize marketing campaigns based on data analysis to improve return on investment (ROI);

  7. Support the headquarters' product marketing team by handling Japanese translation of product copy, localization management, and execution of local marketing communications.



Qualifications:




  1. At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales-related roles;

  2. Familiar with the operation and marketing models of sales channels (such as wholesale, e-commerce, and direct sales), with hands-on experience;

  3. Strong capability in managing the full process from marketing planning and execution to performance evaluation;

  4. Ability to independently develop and adjust strategies based on data, with solid analytical skills;

  5. Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to efficiently drive multi-party cooperation.



Preferred Qualifications:




  1. Experience in industries such as home appliances, IT products, or consumer electronics;

  2. Familiarity with in-store retail marketing and terminal promotion processes;

  3. Fluent in Japanese;
