As an AI Presales Engineer you will play a key role in bringing these solutions to life - working directly with enterprise customers, understanding their business challenges and designing innovative AI architectures that deliver measurable value.
You will combine hands-on technical expertise with customer engagement, solution design and commercial presales, taking AI opportunities from initial discovery through to demonstrations, proof of concepts and technical proposals.

What You'll Be Doing:
Engage with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for AI adoption
Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into innovative AI solutions
Design enterprise AI architectures using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG and agentic workflows
Develop and deliver technical demonstrations, prototypes and proof of concepts
Work alongside sales and account management teams to develop strategic customer opportunities
Lead technical responses to RFPs and RFQs, including solution proposals, BOQs, BOMs and project estimates
Present solution architectures and technical recommendations to senior stakeholders and C-level executives
Advise customers on AI integration, scalability, security, data privacy and cloud infrastructure
Technical Experience:
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of AI technologies and practical experience developing or architecting AI-powered solutions.

What We're Looking For:
5–7+ years' experience in AI Presales, Solutions Engineering, Solution Architecture or a similar technical role
Practical experience working with Python, LLMs and AI technologies
Experience designing AI solutions, technical demonstrations and proof of concepts
Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and presentations
Experience supporting RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, technical proposals and commercial solution development
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technology into business value
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline
