Kevin Rafferty and Laura Jones successfully placed an XTAC Technical Support Engineer with their client, a leading multinational telecommunications software organization. The goal was to find the candidate an organization whose values aligned with the candidates, as well as a role that gave the candidate room to grow within their role and develop their skillset.
