Placement of the week: Project Manager

Kevin Rafferty from First Point Group's Dallas office assisted his client, a service provider for the telecommunications industry to recruit a Project Manager. to help on a brand new project.

The challenge

There were delays in approval during the hiring process alongside experiencing a slow ramp up to the project. These two combines meant that the length of time for the placement was longer than hoped for.
