Of my 15 years’ marketing experience, eight of them have been in recruitment (over half of my working life!). I thoroughly enjoy helping recruitment companies understand how marketing can benefit their brand and ultimately increase their revenue. I lead the marketing function, from planning through to execution. Whether it’s social media, email campaigns, website management, events or creating client/candidate campaigns, our team looks after everything related to the branding of First Point Group.

I love the changing nature of marketing. From traditionally being perceived as the ‘colouring in department’ to now utilising the plethora of data available to create finely-tuned campaigns, marketing is an integral part of any business now-a-days which is what I love the most about it.

I have been a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) since 2010 and in 2025 was awarded Chartered Marketer status by the Institute, reflecting my commitment to professional excellence and continuous development (chartered marketers directory). I am currently in the process of becoming a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) - the status awarded to the most experienced marketers in the United Kingdom. I aim to achieve this in 2027.
